THE KIDS DAY CIRCUS is . . .
Sparkles and spangles and glitter and glitz, thrills and chills, and oohs
and aahs, magic and wonder and laughter and love, lions tigers and a bear
..... with little daredevils and tightrope walkers and dancers and clowns.
Kids Day Circus is unique in its purpose and awe inspiring in
its approach. It is ever changing yet never changing and delights young
and old alike with its audacity .... whatever the circus is to you, this
colossal collection of children's circus acts will stretch the limits of
your imagination.
Your host for this extraordinary children's circus is Jeff
Mills, a young man who brings his circus dreams to life as he shares his
love for the fascinating show with every member of the audience.
His boyish charm and witty one-liners make him a warm and
approachable ring master for Kids Day Circus.... "I have a lot of fun
doing the show", he says "and its very satisfying to see peoples
faces light up in awe and delight.... especially the kids"
And now .... lets sit back and relax.... and catch his
enthusiasm as we enter into the magical world of dreams come true.
Young children can join the circus without running away from
home, thanks to Kids Day Circus. The ringmaster of the show will select 10
to 15 children from the audience for the thirty minute performance.
although dance school students often try to win the ballerina position, no
experience is necessary. Sometimes all it takes is being the right
youngster to fit the many costumes of the circus... from the baggy clown
suit, with polka-dot vest, to the ballerina-aerialists' pink and purple
satin aprons and sequined strips of tulle, the wardrobe selection is as
good or better as those of a real big top.
On stage, the children perform a variety of circus acts and
some of the kids are involved with magic routines... The show ends and all
the performers have a memory of joining the Kids Day Circus!
SHOW TIMES:

The American Red Cross-Southeastern Kentucky Chapter is pleased to
announce that beloved actor, director, writer, and philanthropist John
Schneider will be appearing at this year’s World Chicken Festival, on
September 25-26, 2009, in London,
Kentucky.
Executive Director Chris
Lewis said that Schneider, who millions of fans still identify with the
iconic character “Bo Duke” from The
Dukes of Hazzard television series, is attending the festival in order
to help raise funds for the chapter. The
Southeastern Kentucky Chapter provides disaster relief, emergency
communication for Active Duty Personnel and their families, and health and
safety training to the community. The
Chapter’s jurisdiction includes
Laurel,
Bell, Clay, Knox and Whitley
Counties
.
“We are absolutely
thrilled that John is coming,” Lewis said.
“Not only will his appearance afford hundreds of thousands of his
fans the opportunity to meet him, it will help this chapter raise the
funds that it so desperately needs in order to continue to serve our
communities.”
Schneider’s appearance
will raise money for the Red Cross through public autograph signing and
photograph opportunity sessions, in which fans may obtain autographs from
and have photographs taken with the star in exchange for making minimum
donations and/or merchandise purchases.
“I’m
proud and honored to be partnering with the
Kentucky
chapter of the Red Cross. This
is where the Red Cross is needed, and this is where I’m going to help!
Wherever there’s a need, the Red Cross has always been there.
I can’t think of a better way to spend a weekend than to help
them raise the needed funds to continue their valiant efforts,” said
Schneider.
Schneider is also
granting the Red Cross exclusive rights to premiere his latest feature
film, "Collier & Co." at the World Chicken Festival.
Schneider starred and directed the film, which will also be
screened in select cities starting this Fall.
The premieres, where John will be present for in-depth Q & A
session, will be held at the Regency Cinema 8 in
London,

DeWayne Spaw
STAGE OF STARS on Broad Street
Most people would consider a Southern Indiana farm a great
place for raising corn, soy beans, wheat and livestock, but few would ever
consider it as being a great place for raising a country music
entertainer, singer/songwriter. For DeWayne Spaw, it was the perfect
place. "Grandpa and I loved to sing and recite poetry so I learned
from one of the best. My Mom was a great singer and an excellent piano
player as well and she played at church every Sunday so I quickly learned
what good music was and I was raised to love it."
DeWayne attended Indiana State University on a talent scholarship and
decided classical music was not where his heart was and started a classic
rock and country band, playing in clubs and entertaining for private
parties until moving to Nashville in 1990. "I was lucky because I had
a job there before I ever moved, so the cash flow was pretty good and I
was able to record my first project within the first year." That
first project landed him a deal with an independent label and the release
of a single and music video that received airplay on TNN and CMT.
"I have finally found a nitch that no one else is doing and it has
created a great way to make a living while pursuing my recording
career."

Jason D. Williams
STAGE OF STARS on Broad Street
Jason D. Williams is sometimes called a throwback to Jerry Lee Lewis - and
perhaps rightly so - as he blows your mind with his on-stage antics,
brilliant piano playing, and familiar renditions of rock-a-billy hits from
yesteryear. But Jason is much more than that - yes, he is a pure
entertainer. One minute crowds are doubled-over laughing hysterically from
his off the cuff spontaneous comedy, and the next minute they are on their
feet dancing and clapping as his non-stop-stream-of-consciousness-ride is
off and running!

Bowlings
WORLD CLASS GOSPEL MUSIC STAGE
With
a combined total of over 80 years of singing and ministry experience you
would think that Jeff Bowling, his wife, Kim Bowling, and his cousin Karen
Parker were getting along in years, but they are not.
They are a young and energetic trio that has a desire to spread the
word of the Gospel through songs and testimonies.
Each
group member has a rich Christian heritage fueling their desire to go
wherever God opens a door for them.
Traveling
with and supporting Jeff, Kim, and Karen is Karen’s husband-Jimmy Parker
who plays lead guitar and engineers sound.
Blake Bowling, Jeff and Kim’s son has just recently started
playing rhythm guitar.
There is also Courtney Parker, Bryce Parker and Brierre Bowling
that are already showing talent in singing and soon will be following in
their parent’s footsteps.
This
group combines strong faith, talent, and most of all, God’s anointing to
deliver a message of hope through Jesus Christ, that the world is in such
great need of today.
