The World Chicken Festival is egg-cited to announce that for the past three years running, the World Class Gospel Tent had been a huge hit with festival-goers. This year, an even more diverse line-up of local and national recording artists are set to perform in the Gospel Tent. The Tent will be in operation on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 25th and 26th, 2009 beginning at 12:30 pm both days. This year's evening headliners include a Friday performance by The Redeemed, Mark Bishop, and Atoned. And, Saturday evening entertainment features The Disney's, Rev. Charles Mealing, and The Bowlings. The World Class Gospel Tent is located at the north end of the festival, just steps away from the World's Largest Skillet.
